In re: Lawrence Matthews, applying for writ of habeas corpus.

Writ denied: The multiple-offender prosecution is not constitutionally infirm. See State ex rel. Jackson v. Henderson, 283 So.2d 210 (La. 1973). The contentions as to change of venue have been previously denied, Docket No. 54,793, May 31, 1974, and repetitious applications are not considered.
