Application denied. The trial court has ruled upon applicant’s petitions in both docket #31,501 and #31,502. We find no error in either ruling with respect to the multiple offender charge, #31,502, but we do not see how applicant has .suffered any prejudice even though one of the two underlying convictions, being uncounseled, was later annulled and set aside.
