is of the opinion that the preliminary hearing must be limited to bail and perpetuation of testimony.

Opinion of the Court

In re: State of Louisiana applying for Supervisory Writs and for Stay Order.

Writ denied: No abuse of discretion shown under the facts alleged. This court ordinarily does not interfere with interlocutory rulings of the trial court in the absence of irreparable change of position.
