State v. Green
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided January 22, 1976 · Tate
325 So. 2d 242; 1976 La. LEXIS 5125 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State v. Green

Opinion of the Court

In re: Milton Green applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus and Stay Order.

Writ denied. Relator not entitled to the relief sought at this time.

Concurring Opinion

TATE, J.,

concurs for the additional reason that the failure of the State to locate the victim-witness so shortly after the offense does not entitle the accused to' relief at this time, upon the substantial showing of the offense and of his connection with it.
