Chaisson v. McDermott
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided March 12, 1976 · Dixon
328 So. 2d 86; 1976 La. LEXIS 3969 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Chaisson v. McDermott

Opinion of the Court

In re: Rodney H. Levron, Sr. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, Parish of Lafourche, 324 So.2d 844.

Writ denied. Under the facts found by the Court of Appeal, we cannot say that its result is incorrect.

Concurring Opinion

DIXON, J.,

concurs in the denial, being of the opinion the reasons given by the court of appeal in holding the driver negligent were erroneous, and that the only evidence of negligence was the undertaking of a U-turn unsuccessfully.
