In re: Donald Lovett applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition, Mandamus and Stay Order.

Granted. The trial court’s denial of the defense motion is set aside. The state is ordered to make the witnesses, John H. Jensen, Jr. and Kenneth (Pee Wee) Hooper, available to the defense for interview, under court supervision or show cause to the contrary in this court, on or before Monday, April 12, 1976. In the interim, other proceedings in this matter are stayed.
