Opinion of the Court

In re: Inez Brady applying for Writs of Habeas Corpus and/or Certiorari.

Writ denied. Applicant was granted full transactional immunity effective in both state and federal courts under authority of Murphy v. Waterfront Com. of N. Y., 378 U.S. 52, 84 S.Ct. 1594, 12 L.Ed.2d 678 (1964) and Kastigar v. U. S., 406 U.S. 441, 92 S.Ct. 1653, 32 L.Ed.2d 212 (1972). Consequently applicant was not justified in refusing to testify and there is no error in the ruling below.
