Not considered. As to the assignments of error, the remedy is by appeal to the District Court. See LSA-R.S. 13-.1896B.

DIXON, J., dissents from the refusal, being of the opinion the ordinance is broader than the State Statute (R.S. 14:103 A (4) and therefore unconstitutional. CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
