In re: Curtis Poche, Jr., Velma Poche, widow of Curtis Poche, Sr., Whitney Poche and Patricia Poche, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson, 329 So.2d 211.
