Writ denied; no merit in the assignment of errors.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. Turner v. Fouche, 396 U.S. 346, 90 S.Ct. 532, 24 L.Ed.2d 567 (1970) mandates relief for applicant.
