Writ refused. Upon the assignments of error made, there is no error in the rulings of the trial judge.
Dissenting Opinion
is of the opinion that trying two cases against different people, in which the complaining witness in each case is the defendant in the other, over the objection of one, is probable error discoverable by inspection of the pleadings and proceedings and the writ should be granted.
