Writ denied. There is insufficient showing of irreparable injury so as to warrant our exercise of supervisory jurisdiction.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.

DIXON, J.,

dissents from the denial. We should decide whether the company has the right to bond new rates pending the appeal from the commission’s order.
