State v. Long

Opinion of the Court

In re: Huey Pierce Long applying for writ of habeas corpus.

Writ Granted: On the showing made at the ordered evidentiary hearing, See Docket No. 57862, March 23, 1976, La., 329 So.2d 469 no evidence was introduced which contradicts the absence of counsel in convictions in cases numbered 30559, 30560 and 30561, Ouachita Parish, See minute entry of October 11, 1957. Accordingly, those convictions are set aside.
