In re: Jackie Thacker applying for Writs of Certiorari, Prohibition and Mandamus.

Application denied; adequate remedy in event of conviction.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion-there is no merit to the application.

Dissenting Opinion

CALOGERO, J.,

is of the opinion the writ should be granted. The issue is a close one. We should not in this case wait until defendant has possibly been convicted, and then reverse the conviction.

DENNIS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
