Dissenting Opinion

DIXON, J.,

dissents from the refusal. The trial court and the court of appeal failed to give any weight to uncontradicted testimony of both doctors and the only witness to the claim for damages for secondary amenorrhea.

CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
