Writ denied. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal there is no error of law in the judgment complained of.

DIXON, J.,

dissents from denial. For reasons stated in dissent in Court of Appeal opinion, there appears to be merit in the complaint about severance damages.

CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion this writ should be granted. DENNIS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted.
