In re: Life and Casualty Insurance Company of Tennessee applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 336 So.2d 275, First Circuit, Parish of East Baton Rouge.

Writ denied. On the facts found by the court of appeal, there is no error of law.

believes the writ should be granted. The Court of Appeal opinion reversing the trial court’s judgment is wrong.
