SUMMERS, J.,

there is no showing that applicant has been deprived of any relevant portion of the proceedings before the grand jury. The writ should be granted.

Opinion of the Court

In re: State of Louisiana, applying for writ of certiorari,' mandamus and prohibition.

Writ denied. We find no abuse of discretion of the trial judge on the showing made.

SANDERS, C. J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
