State v. Yanda

Opinion of the Court

In re: William Yanda and Milton Blount, applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and for Stay Order.

Writ refused. As to qualifications of expert, there is an adequate remedy by appeal in the event of conviction. As to Assignment of Error No. 2, the showing made is insufficient to warrant the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction.

SUMMERS and CALOGERO, JJ., are of the opinion the writ should be granted.
