Writ granted in part, denied in part: The trial court’s order of July 21, 1976 regarding the prisoner’s receipt of mail is modified so as exempt attorney-prisoner mail, subject to the restrictions of Wolff v. McDonnell, 418 U.S. 539, 94 S.Ct. 2963, 41 L.Ed.2d 935 (1974). In all other respects, the writ is denied.
