In re: John Saucer applying for Supervisory writs of prohibition, mandamus, and/or certiorari.

Writ Granted in Part; Denied in Part:

All printed materials not including explicit pictorial depiction of sexual acts ordered released as beyond the scope of the warrant; as to other specifications, the application is denied, there being an adequate remedy for review in the event of conviction.

dissents from the in chambers order releasing the material, found to be obscene by the trial judge, without viewing the contested material, upon the unilateral allegation of applicant.
