Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, 338 So.2d 730, there is no error of law in its judgment.

Dissenting Opinion

TATE, J.,

dissents insofar as the passenger is concerned, being of the view there was no manifest error in the trial court’s determination that the Highway Department’s negligence was a contributory proximate cause of the accident.
