State v. LeBlanc

Opinion of the Court

In re: Eddie LeBlanc, Jr. applying for Remedial Writs and Stay Order.

Writ granted. In view of the fact that the evidence establishes the indigence of relator, that portion of the sentence ordering relator to pay Court costs or serve an additional 30 days imprisonment is set aside. See Tate v. Short, 401 U.S. 395, 91 S.Ct. 668, 28 L.Ed.2d 130 (1971).
