In re: Charles Price, Sr., applying for writ of habeas corpus and writs of certiora-ri.

Writ granted. The trial judge is ordered to hold an evidentiary hearing on applicant’s entitlement to an out-of-time appeal and to be declared an indigent and entitled to appointed counsel and a free transcript of those portions of the record relevant to objections at the trial; or furnish this Court with those portions of the record which indicate applicant is not entitled to this relief.
