Evidentiary hearing ordered on issues of (1) whether relator was charged with forgery and armed robbery and permitted to plead guilty to both with an understanding he would receive concurrent sentences of five years on each offense; and (2) if so, was there a breach of the plea bargain; and (3) if so, was a conviction resulting from the breached plea bargain used in the enhancement of penalty against the relator.
