In re: Diane Pierson Whaley, applying for Certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 339 So.2d 1337, Third Circuit, Parish of Rapides.

Writ denied. The result is correct.

TATE, J.,

is of the opinion that the writ should be granted, since at this time he believes the trial court correctly decided the issues.

DIXON, J.,

is of the opinion the Court of Appeal judgment is in error and the writ should be granted.

CALOGERO, J.,

concurs in denial of this writ. The Judgment of the Court of Appeal is not final.
