DENNIS, J.,

is of the opinion the writ should be granted.

TATE, J.,

is of the opinion that the writ should be granted, since at this time he believes the trial court correctly decided the issues.

CALOGERO, J.,

concurs in denial of this writ. Judgment of the Court of Appeal is not final.
