State v. Guillory

Not considered. Not timely filed.

Concurring Opinion

TATE, J.,

concurs. The unofficial postmark shows the application was mailed on January 14th, but it was not received in this Court until January 18th. In the absence of an official post office postmark, a timely mailing on January 14th must be proved by corroborating post office evidence. See Rule 10, Sec. 4(b), 1974.
