Writ granted. Hearing ordered to determine whether applicant’s retention in parish prison pending appeal involves a serious security risk. See State ex rel. Matthews v. Henderson, 292 So.2d 496 (La. 1974) and State v. Clark, La., 317 So.2d 623, decided Sept. 8, 1975.
