SANDERS, C. J.,

is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.

SUMMERS, J.,

is of the opinion that the ruling of the trial judge is plainly erroneous and the mistrial was improperly granted.

DIXON, J.,

is of the opinion that the application cannot be construed to hold that the ruling of the trial court is erroneous.
