In re: John T. Luck, d/b/a Tommy’s News and Shreveport News Agency, Inc., applying for supervisory writs and stay order.

Stay order denied. The Club Magazine case relied on has been dismissed. The right of this relator to apply for supervisory relief is reserved.

Dissenting Opinion

SUMMERS, J.,

is of the opinion the stay order should be unqualifiedly denied.

DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ., dissented in dismissing the Club Magazine ease and would grant the stay order in this case.
