In re: Robert H. Gilmore, d/b/a Gilmore’s Newsstand and Shreveport News *1390Agency, Inc., applying for supervisory writs and stay order.

Stay order denied. The Club Magazine case relied on for a stay order has been dismissed. The right of relator to apply for supervisory relief is reserved.

Dissenting Opinion

SUMMERS, J.,

is of the opinion the stay order should be denied without qualification.

DIXON, J., dissented from dismissing the Club Magazine case and would grant the stay order.
