In re: Randolph Scott, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition.

Writ denied. Trial judge should order portion of transcript necessary for proper appellate review of defendant’s assignments of error as the trial judge has indicated that he would do in his order.

is of the opinion the constitution requires the defendant be furnished a complete transcript. Art. 1 § 19.
