In re: Russell G. Love applying for cer-tiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order.

Writ granted. The ruling of the trial judge is reversed. The motion to quash the bill of information is sustained, since the bill is deficient on its face. See LSA-C.Cr.P. art. 464; State v. Wells, La., 283 So.2d 245 (1973).
