Opinion of the Court

In re: Jeffery Verdin and Sidney Verdin, applying for supervisory writs and writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and/or review.

Writ denied. In view of the sentence imposed, we see no reason to exercise our supervisory jurisdiction in this case.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. CALOGERO, J., is of the opinion this writ should be granted.
