Gros v. Houma Medical & Surgical Clinic

Opinion of the Court

In re: Houma Medical & Surgical Clinic, et al. applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, 343 So.2d 1115, First Circuit, Parish of Terrebonne.

Writ refused. Since the court of appeal has remanded the case for further proceedings, the judgment is not final.

DIXON, J., is of the opinion the writ should be denied because the ruling of the court of appeal is correct. DENNIS, J., concurs for’the reason the court of appeal judgment is correct.
