State ex rel. McCoy v. Clerk of Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans

Opinion of the Court

In re: James McCoy applying for remedial writs.

*505Writ denied. Relator is not entitled to relief sought. Ruling of the trial judge is correct.

Concurring Opinion

TATE and DIXON, JJ.,

concur. The relator may be entitled to a copy of the indictment and the minutes, if only to help this court understand any post-conviction application. However, the main thrust of this demand is to receive a transcript, the only matter expressly denied by the district court. Feeling that the trial court has not rejected his request for an indictment and minutes, I concur.
