Opinion of the Court

In re: State of La. through the District Attorney, Harry F. Connick, Parish of Orleans, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition.

Writ denied: No abuse of discretion.

SUMMERS, J., is of the opinion the writ should be granted. The trial judge abused his discretion by ordering pre-trial production of an F.B.I. “rap sheet” contrary to decisions of this Court.
