DIXON, J.,

dissents from denial; the La. Constitution gives defendant a right to review the excessive sentence. It has not been reviewed. Defendant was represented on appeal by O.I.D.P., and cannot be said to have waived any right.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Leonard Brown, applying for supervisory and remedial writs.

Writ denied. The alleged errors, if reversible at all, should have been raised upon the appeal.
