*1106In re: Linda Dickerson, applying for supervisory and remedial writs and for Stay Order.

Writ refused. The double jeopardy issue referred to in this application cannot be resolved on appeal because additional evidence will be required. Nor has the issue of double jeopardy been raised in trial court. Hence, the application has no merit.

concurs. No application for writs of habeas corpus has been filed. Upon proper application defendant will be entitled to transcript of 1st trial.
