In re: Roy Edward Segers applying for remedial writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus.

Writ granted. Ruling of trial judge denying bail pending finality of conviction is set aside. Matter remanded to trial judge for a hearing on bail pending appeal according to law.

SUMMERS, J., dissents from the granting of this writ finding no abuse of discretion in the ruling of the trial judge.
