Opinion of the Court

In re: Katharine Oldham Dunham applying for supervisory writs.

Writ denied. No abuse of discretion by trial judge. We express no opinion as to the liability for the payment of the cost of the inventory.

Concurring Opinion

SANDERS, C. J.,

has serious doubts concerning the propriety of the inventory order, but because of the delay involved in appellate review concurs in the denial.

Dissenting Opinion

SUMMERS, J.,

is of the opinion the writ should be granted. Respondent’s right is to traverse the descriptive list, not to obtain authorization for an ádditional inventory.
