DENNIS, J.,

concurs in denial of the application. In the absence of a transcript of all the pertinent testimony, we cannot say the trial judge committed error in sustaining the motion to suppress.

Opinion of the Court

In re: State of Louisiana applying for writ of certiorari.

Writ denied. Insufficient showing of error to justify the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction.

SANDERS, C. J., and SUMMERS and MARCUS, JJ., are of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
