SUMMERS, J.,

dissents. This Court has consistently reduced bail bonds fixed by the trial judge in the exercise of a sound discretion. In most instances the reductions have involved defendants accused of violations of dangerous drug laws — in this case the possession of 3,000 pounds of marijuana.

Opinion of the Court

In re: Robert Hoskins, Richard Boksham, Thomas M. Gorman, Christopher R. Garrett, and Edward Bogle, applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition.

Writ granted. It is ordered that the bond of each of the relators be reduced to $40,000.
