In re: Charles Moseley applying for writs of certiorari, supervisory writs and stay order.

Writ denied. No showing of an abuse of discretion is made at this time. This Court will not interfere in the orderly proceeding of the trial court in the absence of palpable error, irreparable injury or great wrong.

concurs in denial of the writ. Applicant may reurge his motion for continuance if the information disclosed in response to pretrial motions indicates grounds therefor.
