State v. O'Brien

State v. O'Brien
Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided July 19, 1977 · Summers
347 So. 2d 1172; 1977 La. LEXIS 6185 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

State v. O'Brien

Dissenting Opinion

SUMMERS, J.,

is of the opinion the writ should be granted. I have heretofore taken the position that a reduction of bond in the companion cases was unwarranted in this $10,000,000 illegal drug arrest. Nothing has since been shown to warrant a change of this position.
