In re: Eskar L. Poche applying for Supervisory Remedial Writs.

*883Writ granted. The stay order previously issued herein is continued in effect until relator’s appeal to the First Circuit Court of Appeal is finally disposed of. It is further ordered that the Court of Appeal expedite the hearing of the appeal.

DIXON, J.,

dissents from issuance of stay order, for the reason that no showing has been made that the Court of Appeal was in error in holding that applicant’s remedy is by appeal.
