Opinion of the Court

In re: Karolina G. Jones applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus, prohibition and review.

*1273Writ denied. The trial judge did not abuse his discretion.

Concurring Opinion

TATE, J.,

concurs. While cross-examination as to violation of sequestration should have been permitted, I am not persuaded that under the circumstances reflected, the accused was prejudiced in this bench trial.

Dissenting Opinion

CALOGERO, J.,

dissents, disallowance of cross-examination was prejudicial error in my view.

Dissenting Opinion

DIXON, J.,

dissents, being unable to determine that the error was harmless, and would grant.
