Supreme Court of Louisiana · Decided October 7, 1977 · Calogero, Dixon
350 So. 2d 671; 1977 La. LEXIS 6459 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

McDaniel v. Caddo Parish School Board

Opinion of the Court

In re: Caddo Parish School Board, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, Parish of Caddo. 347 So.2d 33.

Writ denied: No error of law.

Dissenting Opinion

DIXON, J.,

dissents from the denial, being of the opinion the Court of Appeal was clearly wrong in calling a non-teaching personnel director, whose duties did not even require him to see or communicate with a student, a “member of the teaching staff.”

Dissenting Opinion

CALOGERO, J.,

would grant the writ.
