350 So. 2d 890; 1977 La. LEXIS 6448 (Southern Reporter, Second Series)

Boucher v. Orleans Parish School Board

Opinion of the Court

In re: Betty Boucher applying for certio-rari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Orleans. 346 So.2d 1124.

Writ refused. On the facts found by the Court of Appeal, there is no error of law. The issue is factual.

Dissenting Opinion

TATE, J.,

dissents. I would not have disturbed the trial court’s finding of disability resulting from a work-cause psychosis which substantially reduced the market for the plaintiff’s employability.

Dissenting Opinion

DIXON and CALOGERO, JJ.,

are of the opinion the writ should be granted.
